Did you ask her if this was a new service? Or are they just doing you a favor?
Didn't Brad Justus (of LEGO Direct) ask that we not bother the LEGO Consumer
folks, or was that one of the AFOLs that said that? I can't remember.
Anyway, if you do plan on sending an order, keep us posted as to what happens.
If you wanted to, you could include in your request an item that hasn't been in
recent LEGO sets, such as 2x2x3 steep slope yellow corners, or one of the
classical window types. You might end up with some rare pieces, and also
determine that they still have some old LEGO in their inventory.
