Well, yes, sort of.  It is part of the new 'basic' line in
Europe, and only available in a few countries.  It is
essentially 24 very small lego polybag sets, packaged
individually in a large box.  The top of the box has 24
little numbered punch out 'doors', and behind each one is
one of the 24 polybags.  It's pretty neat.

You can see the current day's set at
http://www.pncl.co.uk/~huw/lego/, although Huw has not updated
it yet for today.
