Re: Announcing new comprehensive book on Lego on CD.

Gary, This is great news. However since you're asking for feedback I hope you can take this into consideration. I would strongly prefer a printed version. In fact, I just discovered the printed 1974-2004 Playmobil collectors catalogue, and promptly (...)   Re: Designer sets 4506 (Sea) and 4507 (Prehistoric)

(...) Mark, I agree about the shark fins. They also look too big. You need a couple of these: (URL) can't find this part on Peeron). 4506 has one extra of these pieces (used in the tail of the red fish) which isn't enough for the shark's fins, (...) (22 years ago, 21-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)

  New Blue?

(URL) just got one of the Spiderman 2 sets (the one with the red bank) - and the blue droid arms in it are a new sort of blue. It is just a shy bit lighter. Also, the black ambulence driver is a different color than either old brown or reddish new (...) (22 years ago, 21-Jun-04, to lugnet.general, lugnet.lego)

It sounds like a work of scholarship that is long awaited in English. Having translated some texts from foreign languages I surely appreciate not having to jump through hoops to make any sense.   Re: Designer sets 4506 (Sea) and 4507 (Prehistoric)

(...) Hey thats the same combo I made at first ;) I really do like this set - lots of great parts and very nice designs to make. The ONLY thing I do not like about it is how the click hinges connect to the 1x2 bricks with the hole in it. For example (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)

(...) You are very welcome. I agree this is one of the best sets I have seen all year, and a great deal. I'm really torn because I want to keep the great looking T-Rex but I also want to use the parts. I may have to buy another one. Happy building. (...) (22 years ago, 20-Jun-04, to lugnet.general)
