Re: The Knight Bus has arrived... but it's not all good news

I wonder how much it costs them to assemble a focus group that will say a quality reduction is exactly what they would buy! This is absolutely ridiculous. There are so many different colors in the Lego color pallete that it is absurd to think that (...) (22 years ago, 1-Mar-04, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general)

Re: The Knight Bus has arrived... but it's not all good news

The truly sad thing about your press release is it is believable. A couple of years ago I'd have laughed at the concept, nowadays its almost believable. I feel sorry for Jake. Every stride forward made in fostering closer relations with the (...) (22 years ago, 1-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

Re: The Knight Bus has arrived... but it's not all good news

(...) This issue added to the "new gray" issue makes me wonder; Is the new gray just one color, or will we look back in a few months time to see a whole range of new grays, just as we are now seemingly getting a range of purples :) JB (22 years ago, 1-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

Anyone know of a good source of non-basic black parts?

Are there any sets out there that are a good source of specialized system parts in black (i.e. not bricks, plates, slopes and other basic parts) I am looking for more black greebles to make my next space creation look cooler :) (22 years ago, 1-Mar-04, to lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.general, lugnet.space)

(...) If this "wide range of colours" includes colours like orange, tan, brown, pink (magenta?), light-green, light-blue,... then it's OK. Thanks for your reply, Maarten (22 years ago, 1-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)

  Is this supposed to happen?...

Hi, This is what happened to our LEGO PRIMO Elephant : (URL) A broken axle: I don't think this is supposed to happen... Is there a maximum age (or maximum weight) for this item? My daughter who was playing with it is only 2 years old. (it is the (...) (22 years ago, 1-Mar-04, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general, FTX)

  Re: Removing print with Brasso

(...) I've just started using brasso too and I use a dry cloth to scrub the printings off. I've seen no scratches or blur in my transparent parts and I don't do lightly on the scrubbing. My suggestion is to use a soft cloth, something that can't (...) (22 years ago, 1-Mar-04, to lugnet.general)
