(...) I dunno-- "Duplo" is a brand name that lasted 25 years. Some of today's parents probably remember growing up with it. But "Explore" was only around for 2 years. Hardly as recognizable. I can't tell you how many people I have helped in the Lego aisle this past year. People looking for Duplo size Lego were confused. I read in the paper today (URL) the director of lego is fired, as he should change it from a negative business to a positive, which (he) has failed. As for the bricks that are shipped to the Lego brand stores, if you ask about buying a lot of any one brick that's in the range, the brand stores can't sell them any cheaper no matter how much you want to buy. (...) Brown has definitely changed, but not much. It's a little lighter with more of a hint of reddish-orange to it than before. It's still very definitely brown though.
