California has one side of an aisle for building kits with approximately the following makeup: 1/2 LEGO 1/3 MegaBloks 1/6 Other (K'Nex, Lincoln Logs, etc...) I've definitely seen MegaBloks (...) I personally put *ALL* of the blame of 1997's quality decline to 1) 1995 and 1996's sudden mass popularity of PC games and 2) the advent of the Internet. Which really (...) M:tron, town airport sets, resturant, the original space shuttle, airport monorail, the ghost minifig and new castle, the Italian resturaunt, probably my personal favorite fire station set in (...) | (...) Wow! What an interesting topic. I think 1987 was a fantastic year for Legoland town sets. There were a lot of terrific new releases at that time such as 6393, 6379, etc. Additionally, there were also plenty of mid 80s sets that were still (...) (22 years ago, 26-Feb-03, to lugnet.general)
