(...) Ignoring the flawed poll question, and jumping straight to the comments... I do always scrap my MOCS for pieces, although it often takes a while. The survey is worded: "do you keep it together, or scrap it for pieces?" The possible answers are Yes and No. I'm not really sure how we're supposed to answer. Someone could answer for either the keep-it-together half of the question or the (...) (22 years ago, 25-Feb-03, to lugnet.general)

Okay, so the other day I was packing up a few projects including my recent dragon for safekeeping, when suddenly a thought crossed my mind. (maybe I should just tear this thing apart for the pieces.) On one of my many recent ventures to the local shops I have noticed something that seems to be happening almost universally. Lego's are disappearing. I don't mean that they are selling off of the shelves but that they are just not there. I stopped (...) (22 years ago, 25-Feb-03, to lugnet.general)
