It took a little while but after my first mosaic last fall I finally have pictures of my second effort posted. See it all at (URL) are also a couple improved pictures of my first mosaic including the final result of the viola in raised relief. Sucks (...) (...) The arms pop out pretty easily. You do want to be careful on an older minifig since sometimes the torso will crack (not sure if I've ever cracked a torso removing an arm though).
