Excellent! My son (then 5, now 7) and I have been playing versions of this for years, and love it! nothing says “screw the rules and have fun” like playing BrikWars with a kid. As I fondly remember, our first game involved secret weapons caches that could only be opened by my son’s minifigs, attack rats riding horses, and a memorably scene where two parka-clad, rock-saw wealding minifigs vivisected a LEGO kitten (hey, the kitten was armed! At least it was when we started...). Good times, good times...

Hopefully the novelty will outshine the rough edges

I thought the novelty *was* the rough edges.

Wow! Lugnet sure is quiet when you put .admin in the skip-filter. I hope you guys don't mind me interrupting the cultured debate about who gets to be the foulest villain in the Friendliest Place on the Internet -- but I've got news! Ludicrously (...)
