  [Bricklords]

Have the rules changed or is there some cheat. I see people with very high stats and very low kill counts, or have they been very lucky with loot drops?? great game btw :) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)

[BrickLords] Anybody encountered the big guns yet?

Anything higher than Mummies? I'm seeing plenty of Ninjas (not enough for my taste, though) but I'm curious to know if anybody has run into any Elves or Vampires. ~Mike (22 years ago, 9-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)

  Re: New newsgroup for Bricklords?

(...) yours... (...) I did, and I did. P4 2.8GHZ w/ hyperthreading and 512MB DDR DSL at home / 1.7Mbps cable at work I don't think the computer is the problem. .Trains isn't as bogged as .Space. Oh, the mod? Nothing fancy on the new laptop. Just (...) (22 years ago, 9-Jan-04, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.gaming)

  [Bricklords] Blacksmith FAQ

Mike Thorn and I put this together - should be complete. It might help you plan ahead :) Weapons that will not break are highlighted. (URL) -- Pawel (URL) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)

  Re: New newsgroup for Bricklords?

(...) In my view, to split a group there has to be a natural compartmentalization and a strong likelyhood that topics won't wander back and forth a lot, defeating the categorization. Trains.org got split out already (and threads there nevertheless (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-04, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.gaming)

  Re: New newsgroup for Bricklords?

(...) like (...) I wish we could split .space and .train. Those 2 groups (maybe more, but I don't follow them) just seem to have 100's of posts per month... And it bogs down my nntp. Rob (22 years ago, 7-Jan-04, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.gaming)

  Re: New newsgroup for Bricklords?

(...) I don't either, I just had to say that. :) (...) Personally I do think it will be sustained. If Denis continues the great work producing new levels, new monsters, new weapons, new features etc, there will always be something to talk about. I (...)   Re: New newsgroup for Bricklords?

(...) No! I don't think Frank meant it like that at all. But when traffic in an existing group gets to a certain level and it looks like it might be sustained, not just a flash in a pan, and it subcategorizes logically, it's certainly a valid thing (...)   New newsgroup for Bricklords?

Hmm, do we need a new newsgroup for Bricklords? Frank (22 years ago, 7-Jan-04, to lugnet.admin.general, lugnet.gaming)

  Re: Bricklords - a few questions ...

(...) Yes but the Infantry Helmet looks way cooler. :) More likely to impress the Mummies so they stay away, you see... ;) ~Mike (22 years ago, 7-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)

"denix" <denix@bricklords.net> wrote in message news:Hr27un.CwI@lugnet.com... (...) Ok, thanks. I just confirmed that if I don't see what I want at a blacksmith shop, I can just leave and re-enter a few times until it shows up. (...) What is the (...) (22 years ago, 7-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)

  Re: [Bricklords] Alchemist's elixirs

(...) No, I think that would definitely make it too easy. I would say lower the price - 500G is an awful lot to come up with, especially if you've already used all the treasures. I would say 300 or 350 would be a good price for a 1 point upgrade. (...) (22 years ago, 6-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)

  Re: [Bricklords] Alchemist's elixirs

(...) With experience now, I think it's too expensive. What do you prefer for me to do ? - Lower the price ? - Higher the gain ? Not the both ;-) Denix ____ The BrickLords need you ! (URL) (22 years ago, 6-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)

  [Bricklords] Alchemist's elixirs

All, Just wanted to let you know about the elixirs if you didn't know already...500G will increase your strength/rapidity by 1. (I'm not rich enough to try strength, but that's what the rapidity elixir did) ~Mike (22 years ago, 6-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)

  [BrickLords] New engine

Hi all, Two news about BrickLords, one good and one bad. The good : You can now save your current game and reload it when you want (after your character death for exemple). The bad : Due to the game success, my site is regularly overloaded and my (...) (22 years ago, 6-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)

Hi there, (...) Only random. (...) Force, Rapidity and Fight. Kills and Dead come after. (...) Thanks to you. It was hard to do it alone. I worked on it 6 monthes ... I hope I can achieve the "save game" process before the end of the week. You will (...) (22 years ago, 6-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)

  Re: Bricklords - a few questions ...

(...) I bought a katana and I had an axe previously to that but my low-quality armor must have kept the Guards and Mummies away. I still have the Katana and a good helmet now so I'll keep an eye out. (...) I agree. I should have saved another 200g (...) (22 years ago, 6-Jan-04, to lugnet.gaming)
