We had a great pirate game this past weekend. I will be posting more later, including the winners. What I would like to do in the meantime though is to collect pictures. As might be understandable, I didn't have a chance to take a single picture (...) (21 years ago, 16-Feb-04, to lugnet.gaming, lugnet.events.brickfest)

(...) Thanks, Mike! The level of participation in CCA has been happily growing ever since its launch. I must commend Mike and Josh for participating so entusiastically in our game! And Mike's right--the more detail and thought you can put into your (...) (21 years ago, 14-Feb-04, to lugnet.gaming, FTX)

(...) If the players are all pretty new, aim for squads of around three or four units, maybe three Troopers and a Hero each, and a pretty basic weapons loadout. A cap around 30-50 CP should give players enough room to sweat over whether to burn (...) (21 years ago, 13-Feb-04, to lugnet.gaming.brikwars)

(...) A 6x6 grid of 32x32's? Phew, those little plastic guys better have some vehicles to ride around in! I'd say that if you're using all vehicles, that's about right, but you still want to put in plenty of terrain accessable only on foot. And (...) (21 years ago, 13-Feb-04, to lugnet.gaming.brikwars)

Hi, Stephen. Unfortunately I won't be able to make the commitmentment to playing Brikwars at PDX -- my girlfriend and I have made other Portland plans for the evenings in question. But I am quite curious to see the scenario/battlefield you've come (...) (21 years ago, 12-Feb-04, to lugnet.gaming.brikwars, lugnet.events.brickfest)

Hey guys, I'm in the middle of planning a Brikwars game, but I need some advice from some of the veteran players. How big of a game is too big for say a 3-4 player game ( maybe 3-4 hours in length ). I'm planning a 6x6 baord right now ( using the (...) (21 years ago, 12-Feb-04, to lugnet.gaming.brikwars)

(...) Todd, the photos are terrific. And...YIKES, there's some pretty creepy looking pictures of me in there. But, that's understandable, considering: (1.) I didn't go to bed at all the night before the game, and (2.) I'm pretty creepy looking to (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-04, to lugnet.gaming.brikwars, lugnet.org.us.nelug, FTX)
