Yeah, I know. I liked it too. I went back-and-forth about several of the
side comments, and most of them went. :/
Mostly because I was trying to keep the length down. I added a lot of space
to make it more readable (sections, and headers & stuff), so I took out some
of the text to try and compensate. It still ends up being 5 pages long
printed! It used to be 1 page long. :/
