If these are intended to be silent auction lots, may I suggest breaking some of
them up a bit? I know Todd always thought that odd lot sizes drove up prices but
if you can get several builders happy, that’s goodness. IMHO anyway.
(Lar would prefer they be silent auction so he can bid on them, the auctioneer
shouldn’t bid on lots in the regular auction, really... the determination of
whether something is silent or not will be made after all lots are known,
smaller lots are more likely to be silent than large, spectacular ones)
