| Not according to the LUGNET database. But I'll be the first to admit that that was my only source. At any rate, those *are* the first sets to include minifigs. If it was 1977 or 78 when they were released is still up for debate. So to answer the (...) (25 years ago, 2-Feb-00, to lugnet.faq)
