A Productive Thread

The prior BricksWest thread has only lead to a bunch of blaming and
accusations. The point of the thread was to improve BricksWest for next
year. Because of this, I have begun this new thread. Here, you can post
how you think we can improve on BricksWest for next year.
I believe that the following things may be good to do next year:
1. Hold some sort of reception in Miniland
2. Advertise around the web. Those BrickFest banners are everywhere!
3. As someone mentioned before, schedule the main events on Saturday and
Sunday towards the middle of the day.
4. Build upon the successes; for instance, do some more Challenges.
Any other suggestions?
