Ahui, Yup. I signed books. It was kinda neat. I also made a lot of new friends, and got a whole new list of "improvements" to make to LPub and LSynth. BricksWest was great! I now have faces for the names I know so well from lugnet. Kevin (...) (23 years ago, 19-Feb-03, to lugnet.events.brickswest)

(...) Actually, a better solution is to have the animations pre-judged, and show only the best (which can include runners up). This way you can put together a 30-45 minute presentation that most folks will be willing to sit through. If space is (...) Lemme chime in here with my opinion on the matter. This was the first animation festival I have ever attended, having missed last years. My buddy Ryan and I had a blast at Brickswest. We couldn't have picked a better event to make our first visit. Kudos to Matt and Dan P. for organizing such a fun event.
