Generally, I think this is great! The community could use a good training
course in photography, myself included.

Being more specific, I think a useful seminar would follow through the
picture taking process (start to finish) with the goal of web publishing.

So much of our online communication is through images. Therefore, making
clear, understandable pictures is very important. Teaching people how to do
this would be most useful.

Although I would love to see some examples of good photos, I think a short
slide show would be better (the majority of your time better spend on
photography techniques and info.). And commentary would be good. Perhaps
note a few key things about each photo that make it a good image.

I've been thinking a lot over the past couple months whether I should give a talk on LEGO photography. Is there something like this already planned? I could see doing as many as four talks: - A hands-on workshop on studio lighting -- bring your own (...) (22 years ago, 24-Apr-03, to lugnet.events.brickfest, lugnet.publish.photography)
