Re: Photos from the event where three tons of lego brikcs where dumped in Oslo

(...) I know what you mean, I sometimes feel a bit intimidated myself by the sheer diversity of the system - it's not only a blessing. But I must say that some of the weird pieces in that selection of 3,000 variants have spawned fun projects. (...) (18 years ago, 27-Sep-06, to lugnet.events, lugnet.build)

  Re: MOC: Frauenkirche Dresden

(...) Hi Derek, the organizers of Bricking Bavaria (BB) haven't announced the event officially yet, but as Holger said, to pencel in the 2nd Advent Weekend is definitely a good idea.   Re: MOC: Frauenkirche Dresden

(...) Holger, Actually, I'm already here--I've been in Garmisch-Parternkirchen for over a week now and I don't go back to the US until 16 December. So yes, I will be going to Bricking Bavaria! Any idea when more information about it will come out? (...) (18 years ago, 26-Sep-06, to lugnet.events, lugnet.loc.de, FTX)

Re: Photos from the event where three tons of lego brikcs where dumped in Oslo

(...) These are not my photos. It's a friend of mine who took those pictures. They should be available in higher resolution via the "All sizes" link above the pictures themselves. I don't think flickr has a function that allows you to download them (...) (18 years ago, 26-Sep-06, to lugnet.events, lugnet.build)

Re: The Canadian Space Force - Canuck

(...) Snip (...) I think... "Holy Macinaw... he shoots, he scoooooooores!" Nice job Jeff.   Re: Photos from the event where three tons of lego brikcs where dumped in Oslo

Those models really are great! Do you know why they are so nice? Because these people (amateurs) only had 1 color and a few brick sizes to work with.... They didn't have 3,000 different elements in 34 colors to handicap their creativity! :-) Gary (...) (18 years ago, 24-Sep-06, to lugnet.events, lugnet.build)
