It's that time of year again... I am testing the BrickFest webcam system. This year we hope to have at least 8 cameras operating. (...) Disagree. The DC event (the first one ever held was in DC last year, IIRC) is "Brickfest". Legofest is a much broader term... Definition of Legofest varies depending on who you ask but is surely broader than your definition... My personal one (...) (...) The BrickFest event will be held in the Original (old) building. It is red brick and a late 70's style (it was a department store). As you probably know, Dan and I like to take pictures for pieces that aren't yet in partsref or ldraw, well, fortunately for us, many of you have sent in inventories for sets that we don't own. On a different note... How do people feel about displaying partially finished MOCs? I have my Inn which is still only a facade, unfortunately. Hmmm. All excellent points... I have no desire to stand guard over my MOCs either. There's going to be far too much that I want to see! :-) And I certainly wasn't intending to imply that WAMALUG should be "going into the hole" for this ( to use your (...) It is my personal interpretation that *if* you show up as an unregistered person, you will not be able to participate in most of the actual events... (k-8 building, MOC judging, etc.) and there are no guantees that you may actually get in, depending (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jul-01, to lugnet.events.brickfest)

Hi folks, I've been authorized by the Brickfest Events Coordinator to release the following informantion on late registrations: Nametags will be produced today, so getting registered by 12:00 est July 10th ensures that you get in the door and able (...)
