(...) Chris Weeks will have to answer if there are any age requirements for the event in general. For the game itself, all that is required is that players be sufficiently mature to play the game. (...) Another option is to park at Kipling subway station (the lot should be free after 4pm IIRC, or anytime with a Metropass) and take the subway in. (...) The short answer is YES. There is a green P that is accessible off of Bloor. It is one street west of the restaurant. PLUS, there is on street metered parking if you can find it.
