LEGO DUPLO brand disappears - but bricks live on

So now the question is: What's actually changing?  The concepts behind
"Explore" seem to be what Lego has always been pushing anyway, so is this
merely a marketing change or is it really a "new system"?

I guess the answer to this will come when we get to see the new product line
next month!  I presume the new trains due out then are part of this????

(...) Sounds like rebranding, like they did with Basic a while back. Changes are always made to lines to make them popular. However, sometimes the marketing guys think they *need* to change the name. Jeff (23 years ago, 14-May-02, to lugnet.duplo)
