Is the resurgence in Duplo buckets everywhere?

Hi all,

After a few years with only one or two Duplo buckets fleetingly available in
Australia, there seems to be a quite a resurgence.  The S Korean factory
seems to be pumping out nothing but Duplo buckets - in the past couple of
months I think I've seen something like 8+ new buckets in the stores (4 new
ones arrived today).  Not only that but they are significantly cheaper than
buckets from the past (S. Korea is obviously much cheaper than the Baar factory)

Just wondering if these are making it overseas or is it an Asian/Oceanic thing?

I've only bought one of them (a small or medium red bucket with a green lid
- or was that the other way around?) containing some basic bricks, the train
hopper, a dump truck dumper with a basic wagon, and a nifty positionable
propeller as in the Cute Building Vehicles set.  This was $A20, previously I
would have expected something like this to be at least $A40 (if not more
because of the specialised pieces).

Sorry I haven't noted set numbers but I can take notes next time I'm in the
stores if anyone is interested.
