How about a new site design kit. In light of the current statement: "The
person who can give us a new WTC may not have been born yet" (referring to
the challenging design review now underway)

However, everybody has one already... or is there something that can be
boxed up?

Perhaps a booklet detailing some of the features and how they need to work
together, plus the pieces to try out ideas that are already out there.

The Little Red Schoolhouse folks did get in the newspapers doing this with
kids. Perhaps a fraction of the time and money spent on training adults who
work with children ("post-traumatic" programs) could go toward bricks...
