I am puzzled about the lack of legends as of late....
sure I am happy about the blacksmith shop being made into a set and widely
available, but somewhat displeased about the new sets put out in general
small AND pricey....
enough commentary on that...
here is a top 10 wish list for lego legend sets....(sets are not in order of
preference)
1. 8460 Pneumatic Crane Truck / Mobile Crane
2. 6390 Main Street
3. 4549 Road 'N Rail Hauler
4. 1818 {Airline Promotional Set:} Starliner
4558 Metroliner....ooops that already is one... :)
5. 4551 Crocodile Engine
6. 1592 Town Square
6399 Airport Shuttle....ooops....brad said this one wouldn't be one any
time soon, if never... :(
7. 1490 Bank
8. 1484 {Townhouses}
9. 6383 Public Works Center
10. 487 Space Cruiser
o.k.... you might wonder my criteria...because there are no castle sets on it
the criteria is easy...
I looked up:
http://guide.lugnet.com/set/rank/
and set it to sets most wanted/people
if I set it to sets most wanted/copies, it provided very biased information
since a lego "member", not to be named said they wanted 999 copies of a
certain number of sets...
of course this still may not be a true consensus of the entire lego
enthusiast population, but I think it makes a nice list....even though
I am not to crazy about the technic set...it does look terribly neat!!

And only one space? *Everyone* knows that the priorities TLC should have are - 1 - 6285 Black Seas Barracuda 2 - 497 Galaxy Explorer 3 - Every other Pirate set 4 - Every other space set (made before '93) **List (...) (23 years ago, 6-Feb-02, to lugnet.dear-lego, lugnet.general)
