(...) How do think TLC can do this? Make a Castle Kingdom for $50.00? Impossible. Kids buy lego because of its ability to create, and parents buy Lego because of its educational value. (...) Dan... if that makes you sad, just take a look at the style of buildings that LEGO used to put into their sets. These are the kind of buildings I got to enjoy as a kid: (URL) got proper walls, doors and a roof. It's got vehicles and yes, even (...) I see that some people who gave their thoughts and opinions on this topic have mixed reviews- not a suprise. Everyone's opinions DO count, but it doesnt seem that way to Lego. If Lego was listening to us, they would have probably kept the town/city (...) (23 years ago, 11-Aug-01, to lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.dear-lego)

I cant believe what Lego is doing to their toy line. First, they kill the town and city themes, second, they juniorized their sets to the point where a truck or car has only 10 pieces, then they introduce Jack Stone, without keeping another town or (...) On well more than one occasion I've seen kids in the store ignore Lego the way I ignore Megabloks because they recognize that though Megabloks may be (...)
