  Re: Part 6072

Well, the half-octagonal <part:6066> is "Castle Turret Top 4 x 8 x 2 & 1/3" according to LDRAW, so this one could be similar - perhaps "Castle Turret Corner 7 x 7 x 2 & 1/3". Should start with Castle, anyway, so as to sort with the other Castle (...) (23 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.db.brictionary)

  Re: Part 6072 Name suggestion

Castle Turret Quarter 7 x 7 x 2 & 1/3 Since it's one-fourth of a complete turret and similar to the Castle Turret Top. (23 years ago, 19-Mar-01, to lugnet.db.brictionary)

  Re: Part 6072

(...) heh, good point - I had no idea what this part was, had to look up the instructions on brickshelf, then dig up the part to make sure it was indeed that number. Took a picture and will put it up in a few minutes... As for the name change, I'm (...) (23 years ago, 18-Mar-01, to lugnet.db.brictionary)

  Part 6072

I just noticed that part 6072 (according to Peeron) has a really bad name right now: Crenelations 7 x 7. Now, I really hate this piece, but it's been around for eight years now and I would have had no idea what it was if I didn't own set 6076. Does (...)   Re: How to join Brictionary project?

(...) There's a related project (ongoing) which right now (or recently was) taking a look at reorganizing names and categories for LDraw parts -- a great place to help with that out would be to check around in the lugnet.cad.dev group. Look for (...) (24 years ago, 4-Aug-00, to lugnet.db.brictionary)

  How to join Brictionary project?

This group seems to be pretty quiet most of the time. I was wondering just what exactly the current status was of the Brictionary project and how someone who has not previously been involved with it (i.e., myself) could become a part of it. It's a (...)   Re: Which sets had the following in them?

(...) [snip] (...) The two closed containers in harbour/nautical set #6542 Launch & Load Seaport both had a white window frame 1x4x3 with white shutters, so two frames with shutters in total. See: (URL) container is on the blue trailer, the other, (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.db.brictionary, lugnet.db.inv, lugnet.db.scans)

Re: Which sets had the following in them?

I remember the Pizza To Go set had a white window frame with white shutters on the back of the delivery van. Of course mine are sort of yellow now, its an old set. You probably won't find it in a store, but if you use auctions then you might be able (...) (24 years ago, 9-Jul-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts, lugnet.db.brictionary, lugnet.db.inv, lugnet.db.scans)

Which sets had the following in them?

I'm looking for information on any sets that had any of the following pieces in them: Blue OR Red window frame 1x4x3 with or without white shutters (But preferably with, as I had a blue frame with white shutters and want to know where it comes (...)   Do brown 1x4 bricks exist?

I'm working on the 3rd story of my brown and tan building. Why have I never seen a 1x4 brown brick? Do they exist? Where? Just when we get some brick bulk paks, I develop a need for an unavailable color! (24 years ago, 4-Jul-00, to lugnet.db.brictionary)
