In my role as a self-appointed Brick Detective, I have made up a webpage to help identify sets in which a certain "special" baseplate or boat hull is used. If you have a raised baseplate, one with paint, or a singe or multi-piece boat hull, for (...) (24 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.db.inv, lugnet.announce) !

Benjamin, When there are very few specialty parts (like in the 60's and early 70's), it becomes very difficult to determine what sets you have. The one thing that strikes me is the 20 macaroni bricks. They are from the parts pack (#224) or possibly (...) (24 years ago, 22-Aug-00, to lugnet.general, lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.loc.au, lugnet.db.inv)
