Benjamin,

When there are very few specialty parts (like in the 60's and early 70's), it
becomes very difficult to determine what sets you have.  The one thing that
strikes me is the 20 macaroni bricks.  They are from the parts pack (#224) or
possibly (#424) if it is a UK parts pack.  There are 20 bricks in the macaroni
brick parts pack (except for the Samsonite ones).  The 1x2 white brick with the
notch at the bottom is from the lighting parts pack #245.  From the sound of the
lack of Cellulose Acetate bricks, and the large number of 1x1 rounds without the
tapered base, I would say that a lot of these parts are from about 1964-67.  So
you are talking the last half of the 1960's.  The blue train tracks (150, 151)
confirm this.  Based on the number of red/white bricks, and red classic windows,
I would guess that you have several basic sets (010, 020, 030, 040, etc.), but
since these sets don't have specialty parts, it is very difficult to determine
what basic sets you have.

G'day,
Can anyone help me work out which set(s) I've got? [reply here, or by email,
preferably including the set number/name and if possible an inventory for
it.]

All the following parts are from a collection I purchased earlier in the
year. I know that the sets were bought around the 60's, and maybe 70's
[doubtful] and I would like to seperate the pieces into their original sets
if possible.

I'm currently guessing that there's a 214, 224, and possibly 400, 401, 700E
[all set numbers from the 1965 UK catalogue on brickshelf] but I would like
to know if there's any sets other than supplementary packs [I found a
fragment of a set of instructions/catalogue that shows a white house with a
red roof built on what appears to be a grey 10x20 brick, and thought that
might help, too.].

I realise that there's almost certainly parts missing, but if anyone can
help me sort these parts out, it would be appreciated. [It's either sets
from the UK/Aus, based on the catalogue.]

Thanks for any help that can be given.
