No, Lego Dacta in the USA won't sell to Australia, but refer you to their
Australian distributors, Moore Educational and another crowd (forget the
name). I talked to both the Australian distributors earlier this year, and
they didn't say anything about not selling to the public, but I decided I
wasn't interested, so I never got to the point of placing an order.
Certainly I would not have been able to buy at the sales-tax-exempt prices
shown in the catalogue, but I had assumed that I would just have to pay the
extra 22%. Of course, now we have GST, so this may no longer be an issue.
