Jeff's Armory
¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
I'm elaborating upon Bruce Hietbrink’s original post in
order to garner more attention for Jeff Byrd’s Armory
so that collectively we can rally for these Castle
specific parts to make it into mass production!!!

For those of you who’re lethargic and don’t feel like
diggin’ through FBTB’s community forum section to
find ‘Jeff's Armory’ response segment, here’s the précis:

The wicked picture with the great-helm along with the
rest of the prototype weaponry can be found here:
http://users.erols.com/larab/ARMORY.html
(special attention should be paid to the pole-arm & broad sword)
Here’s a comparison photo that can attest to his high-level of detail;
http://pub97.ezboard.com/fthefbtbcommunityfrm18.showMessage?topicID=18.topic

There’s also a discussion that features some awfully
‘schweet’    (*schweet = sweet,   btw)  medieval war
armaments from this site: http://www.knightsedge.com/index.htm

Oh and remember this post…the one that no one read…
http://news.lugnet.com/castle/?n=13910
Well these are PERFECT examples of what
Jeff Byrd can create if only we show our
support and make our demands known!

         ¤Sincerely,

*This word is courtesy of Arkyd… see, it jus’ might be worth
while to read through the FBTB chat forums sometimes. Cause
ya might jus’ encounter some wicked-a$$ photos like this one:

(...) Cool! I haven't even heard about these until now, so I thank you for highlighting this. It would be kind of cool to see some new variations of the classic lego sword, because there is little variety to the stuff available from lego. Maybe a (...) Wow, I'd be happy to buy at least a dozen or two of the helmets and literally dozens of the polearms, if they were priced afforably. I seem to remember someone had made a norman helmet too, it was displayed with several minifigs dressed up as (...) (22 years ago, 30-Aug-02, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.general)
