A mill probably won't do you much good until you can get grain, which means
a farming season (unless you're importing raw grain from the continent).
Since we're heading into winter, that's unlikely to happen for a while. Are
your settlers religious? How about a church? I'd go with basic craftsman's
shops like you mentioned (butcher, baker, candlestick maker, etc) I'd think
a tailer would come in handy too. How about a brothel? :) The Stone
Dragon Clan will most likely appreciate a tavern once it's built. We didn't
bring alcohol, so a little booze will do us good :)
