Re: Why aren't we going crazy?!?

(...) Anti-FL? Well even the most intelligent are entitled to a lapse or two in judgement. What hits me is that you Larry might have some reason to become interested in acquiring more Fabuland. More competition for a finite supply...gee, just what I (...) (23 years ago, 26-May-01, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.castle, lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Extinct Castle pieces (Re: July surprise for castle fans!)

(...) A lot of discussion here seems to be centered around if Lego still has molds for certain parts. Even if they do not have all of the molds they need, creating more is just one of the costs of producing Lego elements. TLC seems to bear the cost (...) (23 years ago, 26-May-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Why aren't we going crazy?!?

(...) A "version" did come back... Mickey. Not a bad little offering, too bad it was a one shot deal, apparently. ++Lar (23 years ago, 26-May-01, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.castle, lugnet.lego.direct)

Re: Why aren't we going crazy?!?

(...) Grin. Na, I think you're OK, I won't be getting a bigger FabuJones. I have a few MIB Fabuland sets, and the Collins Gang gave me a bunch of used stuff that Taya plays with, I'm set. I do need to get Mickey complete, though. Hoping for some (...) (23 years ago, 26-May-01, to lugnet.pirates, lugnet.castle, lugnet.lego.direct, lugnet.fabuland)

  Paging Dr, Kyle Peterson!

Kyle, Was browsing on Brickshelf, and I came across your tudor town 3d models. They're spectacular! Only thing is, I can't see enough of a model to try and build my own! Do you have either more views of each model, or the .dat file to post? I would (...) (23 years ago, 26-May-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: LOTR Trailer 2

(...) Not the same version. The one I just posted is a *new* trailer. :^P ~Grand Admiral Muffin Head (23 years ago, 27-May-01, to lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.castle)

  Re: LOTR Trailer 2

(...) Gah. Sorry. Are you sure the one at the bottom of the screen has been available for several months now? Strange that theonering.net and darkhorizons.com hadn't heard of it before Friday. In any case, it looks like a quicktime version of the (...) (23 years ago, 27-May-01, to lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.castle)

  Re: LOTR Trailer 2

I gotta say that theres no way that trailer has been out for more than a few days. It showed up on Slashdot just yesterday and a bunch of other tolkien boards as well. -Jon (23 years ago, 27-May-01, to lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.castle)

  Re: LOTR Trailer 2

(...) Head over to www.jurassicpunk.com. They always have high res. I haven't looked at the "Trailer 2" that was mentioned in this thread, but the "Trailer 2" that I got from JP has been out since early this year at least. KDJ ___...___ LUGNETer (...)   Re: LOTR Trailer 2

(...) Okay, never mind, I'm an idiot ;] JP only has the Teasers (1 and 2), and for that matter #2 is only in "medium res". The Trailer 2 on the German site was definitely new and different, we just need a higher res version. Stupid question: where (...) (23 years ago, 27-May-01, to lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.castle)

The Epic Chronicles of Ikros Continue!

My friends, I come before you a man reborn. And to celebrate my reentrance into legoland, I give you the next installment of the Chronicles of Ikros. Simply go to the 'story' link on my page and the links will be there. Added: Chapter 9 - In the (...) (23 years ago, 27-May-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Epic Chronicles of Ikros Continue!

Anthony, First of all I must apologize for not reading your story before now. I plan to start at the beginning so that I'll be caught up with all of the history of all the characters. I really enjoyed the new chapters. The writing is good, although (...) (23 years ago, 27-May-01, to lugnet.castle)

  Re: LOTR Trailer 2

(...) Trust me it is the exact same trailer I downloaded from movie-list.com a few months ago but now has the "take over the screen" "feature." It was out before the other one. -Mike Petrucelli (23 years ago, 27-May-01, to lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.castle)

  Re: LOTR Trailer 2

(...) I am positive that you guys are talking about different trailers here. The new trailer, which was released on Friday, is the trailer that accompanied (I think) Pearl Harbor in the states, and was simultaneously released online at the official (...)   Re: LOTR Trailer 2

(...) That looks excellent! I'm glad theyr'e making the movies true to the books ,a nd it looks like its not just gonna be some hyped - up Hollywood trash that fizzles over. Maybe The LOTR movies will be as good as Star Wars! I'm hoping on it. (...) (23 years ago, 28-May-01, to lugnet.off-topic.fun, lugnet.castle)

Help! I need somebody! Help! Not just anybody!

Okay, so I just got some extra cash that i dont need to put away for the bills, and I'm looking to purchase some sets. What should I buy? Whuch set currently in stores has the least juniorized peices I can actually reuse? I haven't bought a set in (...) (23 years ago, 28-May-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Help! I need somebody! Help! Not just anybody!

(...) It depends on what you're looking for. Do you want specialized castle bits, or do you want to bulk out your bricks & plates? If the former, I'd suggest getting at least 1 copy of Guarded Treasury; it's about the best bang for your buck from (...) (23 years ago, 28-May-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Help! I need somebody! Help! Not just anybody!

(...) If there's a Tuesday Morning near you, they have a few sets on discount that would be good for building up an army - but hurry, Lego sets don't last long there. For the most part I've found that the best way to build up an army is to either (...) (23 years ago, 28-May-01, to lugnet.castle)

Re: The Epic Chronicles of Ikros Continue!

Very cool Anthony! I love the story so far and I expect the climax to be phenomenal! I really like the dragon being a major part of the story and not just having a small part. And I'm glad those traitors Weigar and Liphon got what they deserved. :-) (...) (23 years ago, 28-May-01, to lugnet.castle)
