Re: Brown backpacks in Shell set!

(...) Yeah, David, this is why I hoarded this set when it was available. I went into 'Brown Overdrive'. Needless to say, I now have enough 6x8 brown plated for my current projects. Perhaps, I'll decide to part out the backpacks soon... -Dave (24 years ago, 7-Nov-00, to lugnet.castle)

What do Castleheads expect to chase in 2001?

Now I have seen the new catalog scans, I think I may be doing mostly bulk and direct item purchases. Plus a little stock up work on the 2000 Castle factions. Question is really, what of the 2001 looks like good Castle fodder. I like the Alpha Team (...) (24 years ago, 8-Nov-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: What do Castleheads expect to chase in 2001?

(...) Well, I'm planning to pick up at least one Shuttle and Junk Yard, because those look (esp the shuttle) like they might have an excellent range of parts. If the parts selection is especially good, it looks (so far) like those are the only sets (...) (24 years ago, 8-Nov-00, to lugnet.castle)

Re: What do Castleheads expect to chase in 2001?

(...) I say that Star Wars is still good parts for Castle. This year the best one was probably the MTT, with all those lovely plates, brown & grey. For 2001 I think the best one will likely be the Imperial Shuttle. Lots of grey bricks & plates (and (...) (24 years ago, 8-Nov-00, to lugnet.castle)
