The Blacksmith Shop <set:6040> had them back in 1984 - a brown one. The Armor
Shop <set:6041> also had them in 1986. Like Frank said - the wolfpack ones
ended in 1992-4. Most the the "Knights" with the caged helmets had a blue one.
Some of the later knights and wizards had a black one. Black, blue, brown,
and red and the only colors that I can think of for the capes (of the top of my
head).
