Idunno. I like the minifigs a little better in the Dark Forest series better
than the Forestmen, but I suppose they are nothing more than Forestmen II.
Was there a series actually called "Black Falcons"? Black Falcon's fortress,
but then again, the 6011 Black Knight's Treasure is a Black Falcon. Several of
the Black Knights sets include Black Falcons, and clearly not as "included
opposition". The two big Black Knights sets don't include any Black Falcons.
I just don't truly see where one stops and the other starts. Only as time goes
on do we see Lego narrowing down shield patterns to just one for a specific
faction. Anyway, it looks to me like the specific series "Black Knights" is an
outgrowth of the earlier sets one might refer to as Black Falcons, but that in
fact, don't have any kind of official name. If someone has more definitive
info, I'd be curious.
