    Old minfig legs —Shiri Dori
Can anyone tell me where the old-style minifig legs came from? I only saw them on Craig's site... at first I thought he custom-made it, but it seems it's an official part... <part:15>... so what sets did it come from? TIA, -Shiri (24 years ago, 25-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) Yes, and that includes the somewhat rare 1x1 fat round (minifig head) in red, which can be found in only one other 1970's set - #277 the Fireplace Set (from the Homemaker series of sets). And the big people heads are (I believe) only found in (...) (24 years ago, 27-Jun-00, to lugnet.general)

Re: Old minfig legs —Jonathan Lill
Man, those parts are old. Before minifigs were created the lego minifg was composed of that leg/base part, a torso with bumps on the side to indicate arms, a standard minifg head without any face or paint, and a cap that is still in use as a (...) (24 years ago, 26-Jun-00, to lugnet.castle)
