If you read closely, the home of the Bulls is "the Dark Forest". So perhaps
they have set up an eventual return of Forestmen. The Robin Hood theme seems
too much the natural to abandon completely. If not 2001, then it would seem
likely in 2002.
I expect a third faction to be introduced, with some continuation of the
previous two, along with a minifig pack that may represent all three (but note
that the Red Ninjas didn't make it into the minifig pack for the Ninja line).
I'd love to see an expansion into non-military, but I doubt it.
