Re: A whole plethora of Castle MOCs...

(...) Nathan, This is indeed a plethora! I like your lairs, from the beginning images they look like a plain landscape, nothing more to see, then you notice the hidden entrances. The Royal Privy makes me laugh, especially the scatological parts. The (...) (20 years ago, 25-Mar-05, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

Re: A whole plethora of Castle MOCs...

SNIP (...) SNIP I really like how the teeth pieces work here. They make surprisingly good 'banners'. I'd be surprised if other castle folk didn't pick up on this idea and use it. I like the others too, but this is my favorite of the bunch. Jason (20 years ago, 24-Mar-05, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

A whole plethora of Castle MOCs...

Hi all, I built most of these ages ago but never got round to posting them (sorry) so here is a quick selection: A Forestmen Lair: (URL) A Tournament Supply Co. using the new 'teeth' pieces: (URL) Another lair, but this time for those crafty Wolf (...) Cool, unique, and your usual standard of greatness : ) Just one question: Are the Bulls really capable of overcoming anyone? God Bless, Nathan (20 years ago, 24-Mar-05, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.town, FTX)

Re: When the King got more money (bigger yellow castle)

(...) Hi Bert I've noticed your red tower (if it's the red and blue one?) and I think it's excellent. Definitely at least as good as what I built just a little less of it. I'm very happy that I've inspired you and that others are building non-grey (...) (20 years ago, 24-Mar-05, to lugnet.castle)

  Bulls Palace (Interior)

The Bulls build a palace to commemorate their recent conquests. An MOC previously used in a SW theme was modified to conform to Castle while still keeping the main structural design intact.   Re: When the King got more money (bigger yellow castle)

(...) Hi Henning, I keep coming back to look at this castle as it is a great source of ideas. I love the short curved connecting walls as well as all the angles you used in the towers. I have been duplicating some of these ideas already as they have (...) (20 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.castle)

My first post - Red Tower

Hello All, This is my first post here, but I have been on Classic-Castle for a while. I have been inspired by the Henning Friis Andersen's big yellow castle, to build my own non-gray tower. It is pretty basic, but uses an idea I had for a different (...) (20 years ago, 22-Mar-05, to lugnet.castle)

WOW! This is the nicest castle I've seen in a long time! Love the towers, the interesting angles, and the asymetry. Magnus (20 years ago, 20-Mar-05, to lugnet.castle)

Re: Two Vignettes and a Funeral

(...) Those were all very good, especially the beach one. The Southern California wave rider in me came out when I saw it. Question- Did you intentionally make it look like the surfer is going to go over the falls? A nice accent if you did. Adr.   Re: Two Vignettes and a Funeral

Very nice! The sun bathing one is my favorite! In fact, I had nearly the very same idea for a Joe Vig vignette! I think the wave might look better if it had some transparent blue and white pieces in it, but the shape itself looks good. The Floor Is (...)   Two Vignettes and a Funeral

Re: MOC: a Chinese style building

(...) Very nice work !! I have been meaning to build something of a Chinese style buildings recently but with outside corridors with pillars and have just started gathering pieces to do that. I really like the overlapping roof work. Keep it up. KK (20 years ago, 19-Mar-05, to lugnet.castle)
