| (...) Hi Lenny, I like this new hut. The figure looks like a hermit. His hut contains a small amount of tools and furnishings for a simple lifestyle. I could definitely see this hut tucked away in the middle of a forest somewhere during medieval (...) (21 years ago, 1-Apr-04, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

| (...) Beautiful! The hut has an elegant shape with attractive colors, and is well detailed. And the hermit has a bed, a table, and a dead bird on a spit. What else does anyone really need? (2 URLs) AndroDan>> Tony Hafner (URL) www.hafhead.com> (21 years ago, 1-Apr-04, to lugnet.castle, FTX)
| | | | Eaglestone Tavern
|
| This, as well as the Hermit's Hut, were down well before PDX but never photographed - this one was done as an experiment in my 'tri-fold' technique of opening shops. It uses Dan Siskind's idea of roof peaks for a seamless roof that can open, but I (...) (21 years ago, 1-Apr-04, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.announce.moc, FTX)

| (...) Excellent detailing throughout! You also made very good use of the rock-patterned wall panels- just enough to add some variation but not overwhelming. I think you missed the "could be a set" goal for this particular alphabet project model, but (...) (21 years ago, 1-Apr-04, to lugnet.castle, FTX)

| (...) Thanks! (...) Yeah, this and the executioner are not really "set" creations. That's why I qualified the "set" goal with *most* :) I had to do some sort of great tower/keep, which doesn't lend itself to being an actual set. James (21 years ago, 2-Apr-04, to lugnet.castle, FTX)
| | | | Re: Eaglestone Tavern
|
| Hi Lenny, I really like how this opens up. It provides better access to the interior and makes it much easier to 'play'. I like the interior details as well. You have just the right amount of clutter. Keep it up! James (21 years ago, 2-Apr-04, to lugnet.castle, FTX)
