You can get sloped bricks like the one used for the
witches skirt in white and red.  Combine them with
female torsos and you have a skirted female.  I'm not
sure which sets have those sloped bricks, but I
purchased some from Baylit (which sells parts).  You
can paint on them to create a skirt design.  I hope
