Hi Travis!
Different. Weird. Still nice. Interesting designs.
I like the way you avoided the common use of these castle wall parts.
Like other people said before your building looks very remote, deep in the
woods, not exactly “royal”, at least not as if it’s still in use of the nobles
but now to be a robber’s retreat. The mixture of new and weathered (yellowed)
bricks adds to this impression.

| Hey all, I'm pleased to present my first real .Castle themed MOC in quite a long time. The Royal Hunting Retreat. (URL) started as a single wall to showcase the plate style castle wall / window design that I had been thinking about. Somehow it just (...) (21 years ago, 23-Aug-03, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build) !
