  Shoulder Pads
 
For whatever reason the inspiration hit me last night that the UFO aliens' shoulder pads would make a great barbarian horde leader-type guy... and the new Bulls' leader's head would go along great with that scheme... however since the back of the (...) (25 years ago, 13-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

I've used them w/o a helmet. I used an all white minifig and put on the aliens shoulder pads and the used old Islanders hair (the black one that pulls kinda into a knot at the top of the head). I can't quite figure out what to use in the top clip (...) (25 years ago, 13-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

I liked the look of the UFO shoulder pads for armor, but I, too had had trouble with fit issues. *twirls ends of handlebar moustache* Now I shall RULE THE WORLD! I find that the grey Ninja armor looks cool for either a) leather or padded cloth armor (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.castle)

(...) The shoulder pads appeared in these sets as well. Mix of black and dark gray pieces. Maybe gray, I couldn't tell from the pictures. Hey, I was in TRU today, looking for one of the sets that has this piece and I saw one of the Sting Ray sets and began thinking that the gray Sting Ray helmet would look really ominous as a barbarian helmet with some slight modification.
