FWIW, this sounds reasonable to me. As much as I disagree with JW, I do
agree on this point, that some sets are made to clear out excess parts. I
am sure, upon occasion, TLC says, "Why did we ever make this piece? How are
we possibly going to use them all?"
Then you find things like Time Losers, er, I mean Cruisers on the
shelf...
