(...) If your C:\Windows\ldraw.ini contains: [LDraw] BaseDirectory=f:\LDraw it should not be necessary to set the LDRAWDIR environment variable also. (...) In Windows XP, they should be set by Control Panel / System / Advanced / Environment variables. I put mine in the system variable section. Earlier versions of Windows may be different, although I seem to remember it was always similar. ROSCO (17 years ago, 22-Apr-07, to lugnet.cad.ray)

(...) Yes, it did the trick! I just pasted "SET LDRAWDIR=F:\LDraw" into the batch file and L3P went nicely back to work. Now I have to figure out how to remind Windows please to use its enviroment variables... Thanks again! /Tore (17 years ago, 22-Apr-07, to lugnet.cad.ray)

(...) Sometimes Windows seems to have a hard time remembering environment variables in DOS boxes (I'm sure there's some long, complicated and stupid system to it). Maybe add something to set them to the batch files and see if it works. Tim (17 years ago, 22-Apr-07, to lugnet.cad.ray)

(...) Thanks for your quick reply. Yes, it is my method of marking that the file represents one animation frame. '@' is a legal filename character and has worked before, but to be 100% sure, I removed it from the batch file as well as from the model (...) (17 years ago, 22-Apr-07, to lugnet.cad.ray)
