Recently I got an E-mail from someone who cannot create images with MLCad.
He gets the error message: Failed to create the file!
Whatever the problem is, it is not his PC, OS, version, harddisk space, user
rights, etc.

What OS version does he have?
|
WinXP. Full admin rights and lots of harddisk space.

What MLCAD version does he have?
|
3.00 with Dutch language file installed.

Is he attempting to run MLCAD from a CD?
|
I am guessing he is not, but I will ask.

Has he uninstalled AND cleaned out windows registery and then reinstalled
everything?

I have adviced him to do so, but have not heard from him since.
Perhaps the problem is solved, I will ask.
