I have finished the first "draft" version of the Dutch MLCad.

Globally it says where people can download LDraw and MLCad + Dutch DLL file.
The next step for me is to finalize and correct my typos and
inconsistancies.
What do you need to "officialize" this release?

| Hi, not much ... if you are happy with the dll, I can either mention a download address of you on my web-page or host the dll for you on my server. | Hi! PLEASE HELP! Recently I wanted to finish the Dutch language DLL for MLCad. Opening the DSW file I got this message: Code page 1252 is required to support a German (Austria) language resource in this file. See the "Multiple Language Resource (...) (22 years ago, 16-May-03, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)
