Librairies are not compatible, but you can import Ldraw parts in LeoCAD (File >
Parts manager > file > import pieces). You must exist and restart LeoCAD before
imported parts are available. Parts should be in a valid LDraw folder structure
so that LeoCAD can find subparts, primitives and so on.

And unfortunately I don't think there is any batch import possibility :(
