Is James' website finally gone for good?

I just tried to access James Jessiman's parts reference site.  See
<http://silo.riv.csu.edu.au/~jessiman/lego/legopart.html>.  It came up
as not found, as did James' home page.  This has happened sometimes in
the past, but I also tried to access the main site,
<http://silo.riv.csu.edu.au/>.  This page makes it sound like the entire
site is probably gone.

Would it be desirable to post James' pages on ldraw.org?  I think it
would be a good thing.  If others agree, we can approach his family for
permission to re-publish the files.
