Running L3P v1.4 BETA on visualldconfig.mpd currently says:

I don't think it makes much sense to have colors 16 and 24 in ldconfig.ldr,
but if you insist on having them there,
I think I will silently ignore those two colors.
For the last warning, http://www.ldraw.org/Article218.html states
"Line type 1 should never use the colour 24."
so I think you should exclude the brick with color 24 (and 16) from
visualldconfig.mpd
