(...) The LSC Final Draft (URL) says nothing about the exact hour. I interpreted "October 14 - All nominations must be received and recorded" as Midnight, October 14. Anyway nominees must have accept or declined the nomination by October 17. not (...) (16 years ago, 13-Nov-08, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Hi folks, it has passed more than a year since the last election of the LDraw.org Standards Committee (LSC) were held - also because the SteerCo missed the actual deadlines. Nominations are now open.
